Mark is very knowledgeable, highly responsive, and a trustworthy businessman. Mark came out to assess my roof/shingles and siding issue (on a Saturday!). He went above and beyond by fixing both issues, repairing another roofing issue he happened to notice, as well as talking through a garage project with me (On the same day he came for the quote!). Above and beyond excellent service. We had a storm chaser come out before Mark is my second quote, and not only did he thoroughly explain every detail, walked me through and showed me but he had honestly told me no hail damage and my roof still had a good ten years left, just needed some small repairs. Mark is extremely honest and knowledgable. Also explained and showed me pictures of minimal wear and tear that needed to be treated. Took his time not rushed and even took some cement calk and sealed up some holes. He didn’t pressure me or force a contract, like the last guy did when I was home getting quotes without my husband. Mark is trustworthy and honest great service.
Mark was a pleasure to work with for our siding project. He is great at communication, and addressed several concerns we had before starting the job. The work was done on time, and looks great! I even had an unrelated concern regarding a new gutter drain, and he went above and beyond to give me a hand with that, which he didn't need to. I would not hesitate to have Mark do a future project for us. Highly recommend!
I had my roof replaced they were very fast and very detailed. Their clean up was great. I had a picture window done and it is beautiful - very nice detail. I bought my home in 1982 and I have replaced all my other windows except the picture window. I have wanted to replace that window for years and now it is done perfectly. . They did a great job. They did a small repair to my siding without any extra pay - very detailed. I plan to have more work done with this company in the future - I recommend them. My puppies love their new window - they recommend them.
I highly recommend Immortal Exteriors. Mark ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. Mark was extremely responsive via phone and email and was always friendly and professional. I never felt rushed when we met or to sign a contract. He made sure all my questions were answered. Part of my project involved an insurance claim, and Mark was proactive in attending every meeting with the insurance adjuster. He was also very knowledgeable of the insurance process which was extremely helpful. Even given the mix of insurance requirements in this project, he managed a tight and complex timeline with great efficiency. The teams responsible for the roof, siding, and gutters were all professional and friendly. He was present throughout the project and installation. After each phase, he took the time to tidy up the work area, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Mark's pricing was competitive, if not better, than other quotes I received. The roofing products he uses are of much higher quality, providing fantastic value for the price.
