We found out we needed our roof replaced the hard way when we had a rainstorm. After coming out by us the day I called and giving us an excellent price, Mark O. from Immortal sent guys out and we had a new roof within a week. Our “starter home” has been getting quite the face lift lately with the roof from IMMORTAL EXTERIORS being the most recent! I can honestly say there was love and care that went into replacing this roof. From the removal to the actual replacement of the roof. I was kept in the loop the entire time and they were more than willing to work around my schedule. Mark was polite and easy to work with for our roofing project. The job was done very quickly. I am a stickler for detail so after the job Mark addressed several minor concerns I had within a couple of days. He even went above and beyond by replacing a and painting a few cedar lap siding boards at no additional cost. The work was done on time and looks great!
